Road to Wellness: Where’s My Compass?

As mentioned in yesterday's post Road to Wellness: Is Your Life Killing You?, I'm starting a journey. Equal parts recovery and self-discovery, I'm uncertain of the exact roads I'll travel. However, commitment and determination will help me reach home.

Today, I take a first step on the road to wellness. Before the journey starts, I pause to hold up a mirror and ask myself, "Is your life killing you?"

The mirror's reflection tells me a hard but clear truth, "Yes, your life is killing you."
